Tracks information on the dental market, news and competitor activity. Coordinates and supervises the clinic's advertising activities working with the media, advertising and creative agency on a daily basis. She manages MCW's profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YT and the maloclinics.pl website, overseeing SEO & SEM campaigns.

I work closely with the medical and administrative department of Malo Clinic. She is responsible for providing reports, strategic support to the management, active participation in the development of new projects of the clinic.

She ensures a positive experience for Malo Clinic's patients, as a good patient experience builds long-term brand value. This is particularly important in a market that offers services that are similar in terms of quality and price, where the final choice is determined by a number of non-cost aspects.

Through the management of the Patient/Customer Care department, cooperation with the employees of all the clinic's departments and its own media, it ensures that the Patient feels positive emotions at every stage of their interaction with Malo Clinic, including navigating the website, ease of obtaining information both online and by telephone, availability of treatments and doctors, value for money and feeling satisfied with direct contact with the clinic's employees, both at the stage of asking questions, the decision to undertake treatment and post-treatment service. The long-term increase in patient satisfaction translates into greater patient confidence.

Privately, she loves walks with her dog son Rysiek. She rides her bike to work every day, enjoys swimming and practises yoga. She graduated in dietetics from the USM in Warsaw.
