This is the procedure in which we rebuild a full upper and/or lower dental arch with a fixed bridge based on four implants, mounted on the day of the procedure. In the case of significant jawbone atrophy, specially designed implants are anchored in the zygomatic bone.

Before you see a doctor, your Patient Consultant will ask you for your up-to-date results: a panoramic photo, a CT, a photo of a wide smile, a medical form. Then your Patient Consultant will arrange a paid online appointment with a doctor.
Paid online consultation with a doctor
Qualification for the procedure.
Based on imaging tests, your doctor will assess the complexity of the procedure. The doctor will read your documentation and medical history. Depending on your medical condition, the doctor will refer you to laboratory tests or ask for a certificate from your attending physician. During the visit, the doctor will answer any questions that you might have. Then, your Patient Consultant will send you a cost estimate and the terms of payment. A date for the procedure will be set.
Consultation before the procedure in the clinic
Preparation for the procedure
Before the procedure, you will consult a doctor and undergo a hygienisation procedure in our clinic. We reserve the right not to perform the procedure, if during the pre-procedure consultation any unforeseen medical contraindications emerge that prevent performing the procedure in a patient previously consulted online.
The day of the procedure
One-day procedure!
The procedure usually starts in the morning. The first surgical part lasts about 1-2 hours (anaesthesia, medications, removal of teeth, if required, implantation). The second part is the prosthetic part, when a temporary bridge is prepared in the laboratory. During this time, a patient rests in the patient's room, we provide medicines, food and care. You will leave the clinic with your new teeth installed, in the second half of the day. If required, you can stay at the hotel after the procedure.
