Agata Cichocka

Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the L. Koźmiński Academy. After graduation, she worked in various industries, gaining practical experience in sales, administration and team management. She has attended numerous courses to improve her qualifications in: sales and motivational techniques, planning and organising her own work, communication skills, team leadership and industry knowledge.

At Malo Clinic, she is responsible for liaising with authorities, financial institutions, suppliers. He deals with payments, resolves complaints. Manages the work of the reception desk. He proposes and implements improvements in the administration of the clinic. For several years, she has also been in charge of personnel matters, including staff recruitment (HR).

In her daily work, she places importance on building interpersonal relationships, good atmosphere, respect, teamwork. She ensures that processes are updated and streamlined to improve service quality. She focuses her professional interests on the field of HR, constantly following news and current trends.

She is interested in psychology. She cannot imagine life without music and books. In her free time, she travels a lot and is curious about the world and people. She enjoys walking, cycling and contact with nature. She is passionate about wine and oenotourism. More recently, she has been keen on growing pot plants.
