The main task of Customer Care is to sell dental services and packages based on long-term treatment plans. Presenting and discussing the treatment plan and cost estimate prepared by the dentist using a medical diagram. Coordinating and assisting the Patient in implementing the treatment plan.

Your responsibilities

• supporting the Customer Care team in daily tasks
• completing and updating reports
• scheduling appointments during the implementation of the Patient's treatment plan
• direct, email, and phone communication with the Patient
• close collaboration with medical, administrative, and marketing staff
• working with the Estomed dental office software
• archiving and organizing medical documentation
• expanding knowledge in the field of dental treatment planning
• learning to independently prepare and present treatment plans

Our requirements

• minimum secondary education
• good command of English (mandatory)
• communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with Patients
• experience in the dental industry is welcome
• knowledge of sales and commercial skills
• data management skills (reporting in Excel)
